Service Description
One Person Per Package. Figurine size options: 12cm/15cm tall. Customised package options: Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Self Promotion, Award Winning and more coming!! Price includes: A lifelike 3D figurine (12 or 15cm tall) inside a customised package A 3D photo session in studio An optional outfit & pose consultation before session day A customised board includes: Your 3D photo highlight, A 2D photo you provide us via email, Your own figurine details-- ID, weight, height, date of your photo session and date of starting its print job, Themed personalised messages (Personalised message type may vary depending on your requirements).
Cancellation Policy
We require a $50 to $250 deposit depending on your group size and service requirements which will be deducted from your total purchase after deciding on final print size and quantity. All lifelike figurine prices are for per person or per pet including 3D photo session. Please refer to our price list for more information. You can get a price quote before booking in if you have other size/ posture preference. A deposit and cancellation fee will now apply. - No cancellations or changes accepted within 24 hours of appointment. This allows us time to arrange customers on the waiting list to fill those spots. - Upon booking, we kindly ask for non-refundable $50 to $250 deposit for our services/ sessions to secure the booking. Your deposit will be credited for your purchase on your session day. - Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your booking otherwise it will result you losing the total amount of your deposit. In addition, same day cancellation / reschedule or no show will also result in losing your deposit. Please note that we work on an appointment-only basis and we hope that you will enjoy a one-on-one 3D experience and appreciate that we are setting aside time specifically for you when you make a booking :)
