FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS

- What happens in the session and how long does it take? During your session, you're more than welcome to take as many shots as you like during your session time. And we'll assist you to work out what is also suitable for accurate 3D printing. You’ll then step into our 3D photo booth, where 80+cameras capture you from multiple angles within 3-5 seconds. We’ll review the images with you after each shot and explain how it'd turn out. Session times can vary depending on the individual/group size. General reserved session times: •1-3 people: 30 mins •Groups of 3+: 45 mins •Pets: 45-60minutes •Wedding: 1 hour

- What is the figurine made of? Will it fade or break? Our figurines are made from acrylic polymer using full-colour 3D printing, allowing us to capture lifelike colours and fine details. They’re designed as keepsakes and display pieces, so we recommend handling them with care. Avoid dropping them, applying pressure, or exposing them to excessive heat, as small or delicate parts can be damaged. To help maintain the colour and finish, keep your figurine indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight. For cleaning, use a microfibre cloth, alcohol wipe or small soft brush.

- How long until I receive my figurine? Pickup only, or can it be shipped? The turnaround time generally is around 3 to 4 weeks. This allows us time for modelling, printing, post-processing and ensuring an accurate awesome print. You are welcome to collect it in the studio when it's ready or arrange a registered delivery ($15 postage applies) with us on your session day.

- Is the deposit extra, or does it come off my total? The deposit is not an extra charge. It secures your booking and will be credited towards your final total. After your studio session, we simply deduct the deposit you’ve already paid from the remaining balance.

- Will it really look like me? What if I'm not happy with the result? Our goal is to create a lifelike 3D version of you, capturing your pose, facial features, hairstyle, tattoos, clothing and other visible details. We review the images with you during your session and can take additional captures if needed. As each figurine is individually modelled and colour printed, small differences in fine details or colour can occur. If you have any concerns with your finished figurine, please let us know and our team will review it with you.

- Do you do gift vouchers? Can I book a session for someone else? Yes. We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers. As we're open by appointment, you’re welcome to book a visit and purchase a physical voucher in-studio or get a digital gift card through our website. Both physical and digital gift vouchers have their own unique code, which you can use it for booking deposit, in-studio purchases, and additional model order. You can book a 3D session for someone else, making it a great option for birthdays, weddings, families or other special occasions. You can also book an event session for a birthday party, family gathering, or a work celebration. - Message our team and plan your event now at 0450 694 048.

- How big is each size actually for people's figurines? For people, our figurines are made to scale, so the exact height depends on how tall you are in real life. Our popular sizes are Small (1:20), Medium (1:16), Large (1:12) and XL (1:10). For example, if you’re around 170 cm tall, your figurine would be approximately: •Small (1:20): 8.5 cm •Medium (1:16): 10.6 cm •Large (1:12): 14.2 cm •XL (1:10): 17 cm We also offer other scales to fit your doll house and bigger sizes up to 30cm tall. If you're after a specific size, please feel free to contact us.

- What should I wear? Do any colours or materials turn out badly? Most everyday clothing and colours work well. We recommend wearing something you feel comfortable in and would like to see represented in your finished figurine. Keep in mind that metallic or shiny materials won’t appear reflective in the final print and will instead have a matte finish. Transparent materials, very thin, delicate or unsupported accessories may also need to be slightly thickened or removed to make the figurine strong enough for printing. Once a booking is locked in, you'll receive a link to our 3D photoshoot guide in the confirmation email. During your session, we’ll go over your outfit and pose with you and let you know if anything may need adjusting.

- Can I print more than one? If I lose or break my figurine, can it be reprinted? Yes. You can order multiple copies of the same figurine, and if your figurine is ever lost or damaged, we can reprint it for you. We keep your 3D files securely unless a deletion is requested. However, we will no longer be able to print out any copies or add-ons once the model file is deleted. Additional prints receive a discount for same model, same or smaller sizes: •40%OFF of original price for human figurine extra prints •20%OFF of original price for pet figurine/animated figurine extra prints If you would like to order a size bigger than the original order, you will still get the discount with the gap difference applied.

- How big is each size actually for pet's figurines? Pet's final figurine size depends on your pet’s pose, such as whether they are sitting, standing or lying down, as well as the size option selected. Pet figurines generally range from approximately 3cm to 10cm(height). Sitting pets are usually taller, while lying-down pets will generally have a lower overall height but wider. When a pet and a person are photographed together, the pet's final figurine will be in the scale as same as the person's.

- Can babies and kids be photographed (scanned)? What if my pet won't sit still? Absolutely! Babies, children and pets are all welcome to have their 3D photoshoot on their own or together with family or a group. Every little one and every pet is different, so we take a patient and flexible approach to each session. Making sure you, your children and your furry family members feel comfortable and enjoy the experience is very important to us — and we really appreciate your patience too! For babies and children, we have plenty of little tricks to help capture their attention, and we work closely with parents or guardians to find suitable moments for each shot while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Pets are welcome to explore the studio step by step with our friendly team and take some time to settle in before we begin. Pet sessions are generally allocated 45 minutes, so there’s no need to rush, and multiple attempts are completely normal within the session time. If your child or pet requires any additional assistance, you’re also welcome to contact us beforehand to discuss a session extension.
